To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Business Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a favorable attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest ways of minimizing waste. At our Customers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra details regarding the center's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Usage separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central areas, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to ease paper checks to assist reduce the total environmental footprint of our company, Print only when needed, Evidence reads files for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Prevents printing e-mails, Examines any paper copy storage, replace with a back- up hard disk drive for central storage, Utilizes e-mail rather of corresponding by post, Changes equipment off entirely in the evening and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases durable devices, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
