Corporate Facility Maintenance New York

“Safety first is safety always” – Charles M. Hayes

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Corporate Facility MaintenanceFrom the beginning in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has been a customer focused and quality driven organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that focuses on customer’s needs, involves every level of employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Facility Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a task of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Facility Maintenance the line worker follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Maintenance. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer.
