To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Facility Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members.
