The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Business Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a task of continued enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Business Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Business Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is devoted to delivering a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. Presidential Executive Order 13101, delivered in 1992, by former President Bill Clinton required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also clarified what green cleaning is for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint job of management and employees at all levels of the CSI organization. Every employee is trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s role on the local environment and to stress and execute environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the concept of stewardship-- "the responsibility for managing, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or business structure"- is vital to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleansing program.
