Corporate Facility Operations Rochester

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” – Mahatma Ghandi

CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Corporate Facility OperationsFrom the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer focused and quality driven company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that focuses on customer’s expectations, includes employees at all levels, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our customer’s expectations. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Corporate Facility Operations strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous advancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Corporate Facility Operations the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Corporate Facility Operations. Every company has different requirements that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The end result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Corporate Facility Operations promised with the best quality.
