CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facility Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Facility Services promised with the best quality. Green Cleaning is defined as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy working environment for all our staff and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the use of green cleaning products by building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities globally. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, communicating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of goods that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared job of management and staff at all stages of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to emphasize and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI understands that the concept of stewardship-- "the duty for handling, supervising the quality or conducting, state or condition of a business or institutional structure"- is necessary to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have been established by leaders of the green cleansing motion. These principles will help in our efforts to be excellent stewards of the buildings we service, their residents, our workers, and the general environment.
