The main reason for our Quality Program is the establishment of a quality culture that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the company to make sure that we consistently reach or exceed our client’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Integrated Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Integrated Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the importance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Suggest or recommend ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the facility for any additional information concerning the center's recycling treatments.
