CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Integrated Facility Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Integrated Facility Services everyone comprehends and has faith in. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the implementation and adherence to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Integrated Facility Services. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI utilizes several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Integrated Facility Services promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, develops ecological requirements for cleaning provider of industrial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning company, to produce a green cleaning program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and products utilized for cleansing (what is used for cleansing) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The standard likewise includes focus on environmental improvements that reduce toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The requirement can function as a tool to assist companies start to take action to improve their cleaning service and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
