To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Operations Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients as well as our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of minimizing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to collect recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the center for any extra details concerning the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and central places, Print double sided (conserves up to 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to reduce paper checks to help reduce the overall ecological footprint of our company, Print just when necessary, Proof reads files for errors prior to printing to prevent waste, Sends out email memos to save paper, Avoids printing emails, Reviews any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up disk drive for centralized storage, Uses e-mail rather of corresponding by post, Changes devices off completely at night and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases long lasting devices, Has paper recycling stations beside photocopiers and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (Usually they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
