CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Recycling ServicesFrom our inception in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a customer focused and quality demanding organization. The motivator behind our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, continuously measures performance, and thrives on continuous improvement. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all facets of the company to make sure that we consistently meet or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Recycling Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continued improvement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Recycling Services everyone understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our business. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection documents are capable of providing a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Recycling Services. Every facility has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed.
