This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Single Tenant Building Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its customers recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and foster a positive mindset towards recycling, Act as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a favorable attitude towards waste reduction and recycling within your workspace, Recommend or suggest methods of minimizing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleaning products, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information regarding the center's recycling treatments. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable products at your desk and main areas, Print double sided (saves approximately 50%), Utilizes paperless payroll system to reduce paper checks to help minimize the total environmental footprint of our organization, Print just when needed, Evidence checks out files for mistakes prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to conserve paper, Avoids printing emails, Examines any hard copy storage, change with a back- up disk drive for central storage, Utilizes email rather of corresponding by post, Changes devices off completely in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases resilient equipment, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy effective light bulbs (Typically they consume 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes.
