CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Business Building Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued improvement, not just an observation platform. It means supervision and management must relay a set directive of Business Building Maintenance the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Business Building Maintenance. Every building has different requirements that demand we customize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Business Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, develops environmental requirements for cleaning up company of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to develop a green cleansing program that protects human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is attended to tools and items utilized for cleansing (exactly what is utilized for cleaning) and consists of staff training and planning (how cleansing is done). The requirement also includes emphasis on environmental enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure residents and custodial staff. The standard can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to do something about it to enhance their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
