To meet this challenge CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all departments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Environmental Services promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the value of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and cultivate a favorable attitude towards recycling, Function as a liaison between CSI and our clients, Assist our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products.
