CSI International, Inc., from the start in 1989, has been a client oriented, quality driven company. CSI’s Quality Plan has as a foundation a management practice and a set of disciplines that are aligned to all departments and levels within the company to make sure that we consistently reach, if not exceed our clients’ requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated itself to orchestrate its service strategy and operations to be in line with our customers’ needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous betterment, not just an observation plan. It means supervisors and management must communicate a set directive of Facility Operations every employee understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all aspects of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our customer’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently delivering the Facility Operations promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is dedicated to providing a clean and healthy workplace for every one of our staff and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton delivered this presidential Executive Order 13101 which directed the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also established what green cleaning was for the first time, stating that green cleaning is the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor renewable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the joint task of management and staff at every stage of the CSI company. Every staff member is trained and held accountable to reach the goal of minimizing the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to emphasize and exercise environmentally safe, low impact cleaning chemicals and practices. CSI comprehends that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of a commercial or institutional structure"- is essential to the green cleaning point of view and integral to the success of our green cleansing program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship concepts that have been established by pioneers of the green cleansing motion. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be good stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our staff members, and the general environment. Clean for health very first and appearance second, Minimize human direct exposure to impurities and cleansing items, Recognize cleansing as an ecological health benefit, Commit to occupational development of cleansing personnel, Interact the worth of healthy buildings, Lessen wetness, particle and chemical residue when cleansing, Guarantee worker and occupant safety, Contain and decrease all toxins getting in the building, Dispose of cleaning items in ecologically safe ways, Establish and record regular maintenance schedules.
