This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. The outcome is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Human Resources Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and promote a positive mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison in between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental guidelines worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or suggest ways of reducing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees must follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Use different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleaning items, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra details relating to the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use separate containers for trash and recyclable materials at your desk and main locations, Print double sided (conserves approximately 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to alleviate paper checks to help decrease the general ecological footprint of our organization, Print only when necessary, Evidence checks out files for errors before printing to avoid waste, Sends email memos to save paper, Avoids printing emails, Reviews any hard copy storage, change with a back- up hard drive for central storage, Uses e-mail rather of sending letters by post, Changes devices off totally in the evening and at weekends, Puts devices on power save where possible, Purchases durable equipment, Has paper recycling stations beside copy machines and printers, Uses energy efficient light bulbs (On average they take in 8% less energy than a standard bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
