Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to make sure that all employees continuously meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Quality Janitorial strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must communicate a standard of Quality Janitorial every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are capable of providing a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Janitorial. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes several standard validation tools to ensure that we are continually providing the Quality Janitorial promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, handle, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and put them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the center for any extra info relating to the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (more than likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
