CSI has the accountability to: Fully and completely sustain the Safety Program, Maintain a workplace that is safe and healthy for the employees, Follow occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Maintain a successful accident avoidance program. CSI expects all employees to work in a manner of solid safety procedures as posted, educated on, and talked about. Management require that staff observe and execute every rule, regulation and order necessary for the safe performance of labor, and require they take action needed to obtain compliance. Employees will subscribe to CSI’s safety protocol by following all safety rules, letting management know of safety concerns and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no job so important—nor any service so urgent—that employees should avoid working safely. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Services GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning up company of business, public, and institutional buildings, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that secures human health and the environment. The basic takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is offered tools and items utilized for cleaning (exactly what is used for cleaning) and includes personnel training and planning (how cleaning is done). The requirement also includes emphasis on environmental improvements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial staff.
