The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, involves every level of employee, continuously measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management process, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all facets of the company to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s needs. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Quality Custodial strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Quality Custodial every employee understands and believes in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports will provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Custodial. Every building has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Custodial promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to develop, handle, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our employees. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable attitude to recycling, Function as an intermediary in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active function by following the recycling treatments, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Advise or suggest ways of decreasing waste. At our Consumers' center-- All CSI employees need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for collecting recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not throw away non reusable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing items, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any additional details concerning the center's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and jars, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
