CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Night Custodial Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to create and strengthen a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervision and management must communicate a set directive of Night Custodial Services everyone follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Night Custodial Services. Every facility has unique situations that demand we individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently delivering the Night Custodial Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will abide by its customers recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers along with our workers. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate participation and promote a favorable attitude to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the execution of their recycling procedures, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude towards waste decrease and recycling within your workspace, Suggest or recommend methods of reducing waste. At our Consumers' facility-- All CSI workers must follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive information, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Seek advice from your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the center for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling procedures. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
