CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Value Added Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a culture with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued enhancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must enforce a set directive of Value Added Facility Services the line worker understands and believes in. To meet this challenge CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our company. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our top levels for assessing job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and surpassing our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Facility Services. Every building has unique situations that demand we customize a program that fits well with its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Value Added Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI is committed to delivering a clean and healthy place of employment for every one of our staff and your building’s occupants. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated facilities worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. The Order also defined green cleaning for the first time, stating that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now stands for the best use of products that reduce indoor pollution as well as reduce environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy workplace is the shared task of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI organization. All employees are trained and held accountable to achieve the goal of reducing the exterior’s impact on the local territory and to highlight and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI comprehends that the idea of stewardship-- "the obligation for handling, performing or supervising the quality, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is important to the green cleansing perspective and essential to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is dedicated to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been established by pioneers of the green cleaning movement.
