The motivator behind our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, involves every level of employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. To create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that all employees continuously reach or surpass our customer’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Quality Building Management strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Quality Building Management the line worker follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all segments of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for assessing job performance, executing training programs and identifying and surpassing our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These inspection reports are able to provide a complete job site review while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Management. Every company has unique situations that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Building Management promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our employees in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable mindset to recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. Company Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive attitude to waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of minimizing waste. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and put it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive details, Do not discard non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing materials for our cleaning items, Talk to your Manager or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra information concerning the facility's recycling procedures. CSI REDUCES: Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Use different containers for garbage and recyclable products at your desk and central locations, Print double sided (saves as much as 50%), Uses paperless payroll system to minimize paper checks to assist reduce the overall ecological footprint of our organization, Print just when needed, Proof checks out documents for errors prior to printing to avoid waste, Sends e-mail memos to save paper, Prevents printing e-mails, Evaluates any hard copy storage, replace with a back- up hard drive for central storage, Uses email rather of sending letters by post, Changes devices off completely at night and at weekends, Puts equipment on power save where possible, Purchases resilient devices, Has paper recycling stations next to copy machines and printers, Utilizes energy efficient light bulbs (On average they take in 8% less energy than a basic bulb It lasts about 12 times longer), Flattens all cardboard boxes. REUSES: Reuses envelopes for internal flow, Recycles clean side of utilized paper for internal printing, Transforms scrap paper into post-it notes, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Purchases sticky labels to cover old addresses and reuse envelopes externally, Tries to utilize paper for more than one purpose, Reuses inbound packaging and boxes for outgoing shipments, Gets rid of plastic beverage cups from the water cooler and use multiple-use mugs, Fixes furnishings where possible or donate it to charity, Shreds low-quality paper and use as product packaging. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, tosses caps and covers in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and smart phones.
