Inorder to achieve this our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of guidelines that are coordinated to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we consistently meet or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Mechanical Services strategy and operations around our customer’s requirements, and to develop and sustain a way of life with full employee participation. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous enhancement, not just an inspection program. What that means is supervision and management must relay a set directive of Mechanical Services everyone follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all segments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These inspection reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Mechanical Services. Every company has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision accountable, and employees informed. The result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several traditional validation tools to ensure that we are continually delivering the Mechanical Services promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Providers GS-42, establishes ecological requirements for cleaning company of commercial, public, and institutional structures, including in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleaning program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleaning. Guidance is offered tools and products utilized for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement also consists of emphasis on ecological enhancements that decrease toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial staff. The standard can act as a tool to assist business begin to do something about it to improve their cleaning company and is readily available for Green Seal certification.
