Our staff is our most valuable asset and all members of the CSI family is entitled to a safe and healthful workplace. Employee safety is a priority of our business and it is a CSI objective to maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment for all employees. CSI complies with all safety and health requirements that are enforced by local, state and federal agencies. CSI will provide safety procedures, managerial controls, personal safety gear and training to abate and reduce exposure to dangerous material and stop injury and illness. We have created, and will continually redo, policies, rules, and techniques, which will add to the safety of all employee. Creation and conservation of a safe environment is a shared function of management and staff at all levels of the company. For this reason, all reasonable efforts needs to be taken to reach the intention of improved safety and health preservation. Our ideology is to control and minimize, to the greatest amount possible, any risk associated in the undertaking of our Facility Management. CSI has the accountability to: Wholly and entirely support the Safety Program, Perpetuate a place of employment that is safe and healthful for the staff, Obey occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and orders, Perpetuate an effective accident avoidance program. We expect all employees to work in a manner of good safety procedures as posted, instructed, and talked about. Management require that staff witness and execute every rule, regulation and order needed for the safe performance of their job, and require they take action needed to obtain compliance. Staff will submit to the company safety program by obeying all safety rules, advising management of unsafe conditions and bringing up possible ways to improve the CSI Safety Program. There is no task so important—nor any service so critical—that employees should avoid working safely. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste reduction and will adhere to its clients recycling treatments. We are responsible to establish, manage, and completely support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our staff members. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Supervisors and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our workers in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage involvement and cultivate a positive attitude towards recycling, Function as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Assist our customers with the execution of their recycling treatments, Comply with governmental guidelines worrying the reduction, reuse, recycling and healing of waste products. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Use separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting trash, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage different containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for exclusive info, Do not discard disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging products for our cleansing products, Consult with your Manager or the Recycling Coordinator of the center for any additional details concerning the center's recycling procedures.
