CSI’s upper management team has committed to organize its Facilities Maintenance strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervision and management must relay a standard of Facilities Maintenance every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality process throughout all aspects of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our clients receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Facilities Maintenance. Every facility has unique situations that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses multiple standard validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Facilities Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. Green Cleaning is described as “Cleaning to protect health without harming the environment” - Executive Order 13101. CSI International, Inc. is devoted to providing a clean and healthy place of employment for all our employees and yours. In 1992, former President Bill Clinton issued this presidential Executive Order 13101 which required the building managers of more than 100,000 federally owned or operated buildings worldwide to begin using green cleaning products. Executive Order 13101 also defined green cleaning for the first time, saying that it’s the “use of products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts compared to similar products and services used for the same purpose.” Green cleaning now means the best use of products that diminish indoor pollution simultaneously reducing environmental pollution and favor sustainable materials. Maintenance of a healthy environment is the shared responsibility of supervisors and staff at all levels of the CSI company. Every employee is trained and held responsible to reach the goal of eliminating the exterior’s impact on the local environment and to stress and execute environmentally safe, minimal impact cleaning chemicals and procedures. CSI understands that the principle of stewardship-- "the obligation for managing, monitoring the quality or carrying out, state or condition of an institutional or commercial structure"- is essential to the green cleansing perspective and integral to the success of our green cleaning program. CSI is devoted to follow a set of stewardship principles that have actually been developed by pioneers of the green cleaning movement. These concepts will assist in our efforts to be great stewards of the structures we service, their residents, our staff members, and the total environment.
