What that means is supervisors and management must relay a standard of Human Resources Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has developed the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With these things in mind CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis documents will provide a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to help our Quality Assurance Team determine customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Human Resources Services. Every facility has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that fits well with its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The result is the achieving of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Human Resources Services promised with the best quality.
