CSI’s senior management team has worked to organize its Safe Facility Services strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s needs, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with high employee participation. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continued advancement, not just an observation platform. What that means is supervisors and management must relay a set directive of Safe Facility Services every employee follows and trusts. To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality process throughout all departments of our company. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for evaluating job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has deployed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our customers. Our customers receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. As a bonus, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Safe Facility Services. Every building has unique challenges that demand we individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in touch, supervision accountable, and employees up to date. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI uses several standard validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Safe Facility Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling treatments. We are accountable to establish, handle, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our employees. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Stimulate the interest of our employees in the significance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and foster a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our customers, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Abide by governmental policies concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. At our Customers' center-- All CSI staff members need to follow the facility's recycling program and the following steps: Usage different containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for collecting garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Usage separate containers to collect recyclable papers, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Gather shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary info, Do not throw away disposable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Speak with your Supervisor or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any extra information relating to the center's recycling treatments.
