The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s demands, includes every employee, constantly measures performance, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a base, a management plan, and a set of disciplines that are relayed to all facets of the organization to insure that we consistently reach or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has committed to organize its Quality Building Maintenance strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to create and sustain a way of life with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continuous improvement, not just an examination protocol. What that means is supervisors and management must enforce a set directive of Quality Building Maintenance every employee follows and trusts. To reach this high mark CSI has developed the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing CSI’s QA Program and to focus on the quality process throughout all segments of our business. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our top levels for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our client’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. This program’s objective is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients receive regular quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview documents are capable of providing a complete job site review as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Building Maintenance. Every company has unique challenges that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys multiple traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Quality Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. The Green Seal Standard for Commercial and Institutional Cleaning Solutions GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning up service providers of industrial, public, and institutional structures, consisting of in-house and external cleaning services, to produce a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Guidance is offered tools and items utilized for cleaning (what is utilized for cleaning) and includes staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement also consists of emphasis on environmental enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both structure occupants and custodial personnel. The standard can serve as a tool to assist companies begin to act to enhance their cleaning company and is offered for Green Seal accreditation.
