The primary purpose of our Quality Program is the creation of a quality craft that pays particular attention to customer’s expectations, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and strives to continually improve. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of rules that are relayed to all departments and levels of the organization to insure that we continuously reach or exceed our customer’s needs. CSI’s upper management team has worked to organize its Quality Custodial strategy and operations to be in line with our customer’s requirements, and to develop and strengthen a way of life with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous improvement, not just an inspection program. It means supervision and management must communicate a standard of Quality Custodial every employee follows and trusts. To achieve this goal CSI has established the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training inorder to manage our QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all departments of our company. This role communicates directly with the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for measuring job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. With this in mind CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to achieve superior service quality levels for our customers. Our clients will get regular quality reports via email or print copy. These update overview reports are able to provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes a series of more typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Quality Custodial. Every facility has different requirements that demand we individualize a program that supports its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees up to date. The result is the attainment of service excellence for the customer. CSI deploys several traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are consistently providing the Quality Custodial promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste reduction and will comply with its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to establish, manage, and fully support the established Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. Our responsibilities include: Corporate and Field Management, Website Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our staff members in the value of ecological and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and promote a positive mindset to recycling, Function as a liaison in between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the implementation of their recycling treatments, Adhere to governmental guidelines concerning the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste products. Business Employees: Take an active role by following the recycling procedures, Have a positive mindset towards waste decrease and recycling within your working area, Advise or suggest methods of decreasing waste. At our Clients' center-- All CSI workers should follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable documents, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use different containers to gather recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and position them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and position it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary information, Do not get rid of non reusable gloves in the garbage containers, Recycle all packing products for our cleansing items, Speak with your Manager or the Recycling Planner of the facility for any additional details concerning the facility's recycling treatments. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant material (most likely paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and beverage cans, throws caps and lids in the trash, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles office furnishings, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and cellphones.
