Facilities Operations & Maintenance Services
“Large enough to deliver…. small enough to care”
Monitoring systems have their place in all facilities, but they should function in the context of a well crafted operations and maintenance strategy, tied in with business objectives. One of the major objectives is the reliability the system requires. If the requirement is for nearly 100% availability, then the critical operating strategy should support the expectation. At CSI we feel that it is important to establish some guidelines based on our operating experience, they are:
- Define and understand the maintenance testing requirements in a systematic, accountable format that will insure that the back-up is ready to accept the burden for which it was intended
- Make sure that the preventive maintenance activities focus on the primary goal of reliability and to increase equipment life in conjunction with efficient operation
- We work with our clients to benchmark parts of the building operation. We help gather the information, but ultimately, they make the final decision.
- Create validation criteria to assure that the labor pool has sufficient competence to sustain the operation to the level required
Our goal is to deploy our workforce more effectively, to improve work order processing, promoting proactive rather then reactive maintenance. Continuous reliability improvement coupled with synergistic team-based process allows CSI to plan, train and develop our employees so that we can expand on our internal staff’s abilities to perform additional value added services. The value of our service is measured by successful implementation that achieves documented results. With our unique alliance of qualified companies and individuals we are the people really interested in developing excellence in service for our customers.
