CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Operations Management strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with full employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a challenge of continuous enhancement, not just an examination protocol. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Operations Management the line worker comprehends and has faith in. To reach this high mark CSI has created the position of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to focus on the quality procedures throughout all departments of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and keeps a watchful eye on the implementation and adherence to our high standards for measuring job performance, implementing training programs and identifying and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has created the Eye on Quality program. The goal of this program is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers receive periodic quality reports via email or print copy. These analysis reports are able to provide a full work-site overview as well as visual and graphic-based reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program includes typical surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Operations Management. Every facility has different requirements that require us to customize a program that works best for its culture. Guided by the stipulations and adjusted for your individual needs, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The outcome is the achieving of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many standard validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Operations Management promised with the best quality. The Green Seal Requirement for Commercial and Institutional Cleansing Providers GS-42, establishes environmental requirements for cleaning service providers of commercial, public, and institutional buildings, consisting of in-house and external cleaning company, to create a green cleansing program that safeguards human health and the environment. The standard takes a systems approach with cleansing. Assistance is attended to tools and items used for cleaning (exactly what is utilized for cleansing) and consists of staff training and preparation (how cleansing is done). The requirement also consists of focus on ecological enhancements that lower toxicity, waste, and exposure to both building occupants and custodial personnel. The requirement can function as a tool to assist business start to do something about it to improve their cleaning company and is available for Green Seal accreditation.
