CSI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Value Added ServicesFrom the day our doors opened in 1989 CSI International, Inc. has always been a client focused and quality demanding company. The main reason for our Quality Program is the instillment of quality that pays particular attention to customer’s needs, includes every employee, maintains continuous performance levels, and thrives on continuous improvement. Inorder to create this culture our Quality Plan has as a foundation, a management process, and a set of disciplines that are coordinated to all facets of the organization to insure that all employees consistently reach or exceed our client’s requirements. CSI’s senior management team has dedicated themselves to organize its Value Added Services strategy and operations around our customer’s needs, and to create and sustain a culture with high employee involvement. Quality for CSI is a process of continued advancement, not just an inspection program. It means supervisors and management must relay a standard of Value Added Services every employee comprehends and has faith in. To achieve this goal CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training designed specifically to manage CSI’s QA Program and to directly oversee the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, executing training programs and recognizing and exceeding our customer’s expectations. Thinking of these CSI has developed the Eye on Quality program. The program’s task is to far exceed traditional service quality levels for our clients. Our customers will get periodic quality reports by email or hard copy. These update overview reports will provide a full work-site overview while including graphs for visual reporting. In addition, our Eye on Quality program is supplemented by series of more conventional surveys and inspections to assist CSI’s Quality Assurance Team in determining customers’ management and their client’s satisfaction with the quality of our Value Added Services. Every facility has different requirements that require us to individualize a program that works best for its culture. Driven by the specifications and modified by your unique requirements, inspections and surveys keep management in the loop, supervision responsible, and employees informed. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI utilizes many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually providing the Value Added Services promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its clients recycling treatments. We are accountable to develop, manage, and completely support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients in addition to our workers. RECYCLES: Recycles our dominant product (probably paper), Recycles corrugated cardboard, Recycles aluminum cans, plastic, glass, bottles and containers, and tin/steel food and drink cans, throws caps and covers in the garbage, Recycles toner and inkjet cartridges, Recycles workplace furniture, Recycles batteries, Recycles our IT Hardware and mobile phones.
