This job relies on direct reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and pays great attention to the execution and devotion to our high standards for gauging job performance, implementing training programs and acknowledging and exceeding our client’s expectations. The end result is the achievement of service excellence for the client. CSI uses multiple traditional validation tools to ensure that we are consistently providing the Business Building Maintenance promised with the best quality. CSI takes an active role in recycling and waste decrease and will adhere to its clients recycling procedures. We are accountable to develop, manage, and fully support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our clients along with our workers. Our obligations include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Supervisors and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the importance of ecological and recycling practices, Encourage participation and cultivate a favorable mindset towards recycling, Serve as a liaison between CSI and our customers, Assist our customers with the application of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental policies worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and healing of waste items.
