To meet this challenge CSI has established the job of Director of Corporate Quality and Training for the purposes of managing our QA Program and to pay close attention to the quality procedures throughout all aspects of our business. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and maintains constant vigilance on the implementation and adherence to our top levels for measuring job performance, executing training programs and acknowledging and surpassing our client’s expectations. The outcome is the attainment of service excellence for the client. CSI deploys many traditional validation tools to guarantee that we are continually delivering the Safe Building Maintenance promised with uncompromising quality. CSI takes an active function in recycling and waste decrease and will comply with its customers recycling procedures. We are responsible to develop, manage, and totally support the recognized Recycling Program of CSI and those of each of our customers in addition to our staff members. Our duties include: Corporate and Field Management, Site Managers and Supervisors: Promote the interest of our workers in the significance of environmental and recycling practices, Motivate involvement and cultivate a positive attitude to recycling, Serve as an intermediary between CSI and our clients, Help our clients with the implementation of their recycling procedures, Adhere to governmental regulations worrying the decrease, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste items. At our Clients' facility-- All CSI staff members need to follow the center's recycling program and the following steps: Usage separate containers to gather recyclable papers, Gray brute with black liner is for gathering garbage, Blue brute with clear liner is for gathering recycling paper, Use separate containers to collect recyclable documents, Collect cans, plastic and bottles in blue liners and place them in the commingle compactor, Collect shredded paper in clear liners and place it in the recycling compactor or container for proprietary details, Do not get rid of disposable gloves in the trash containers, Recycle all packaging materials for our cleansing products, Talk to your Supervisor or the Recycling Organizer of the facility for any extra information relating to the facility's recycling treatments.
