Jayne Hammond, President and Owner of CSI International, Inc., was born in Hollywood, California. Jayne, a graduate of UCLA, began her varied business career in the medical industry as an RN at Bel Air Memorial Hospital then as the Director of Administration at The Heart Center. Years later, Jayne made the transition to the hospitality industry providing services to large corporations and in the coordination of special events when she joined Prime Management as the Director of Regional Sales and then eventually, she joined her husband to form CSI.  Jayne remains actively involved overseeing the strategic marketing, planning and overall growth of the company.

David has been CEO of CSI International, Inc., Horizon Publishing, Opulence International Realty since 2014. David is responsible for the day to day operations of all CSI business units.  Prior to taking over as CEO David has served in various roles from COO, Executive VP, Sales Manager and Director of IT giving him the knowledge of the business across all facets.  Prior to coming to CSI, David worked with Hewlett Packard as Regional Service Manager out of Rockaway, NJ offices. David had served as an elected officer for 6 years. David was a member of the 1987 Americas Cup team, Stars and Stripes, and served in the US Navy Submarine service for 6 years. David serves on the Board for the non-profit Boca Ballet Theater, the Board of Directors for South Florida Manufactures Association and the Board of Directors for Florida Gold Coast Swimming.


Tony is Chief Operating Officer for CSI International, Inc. Core Services. Tony is an accomplished business leader who has held different leadership positions in the contract services industry since 1992. Tony has a track record of success in the building services industry. His expertise and insight is continuously enhancing CSI’s reputation as an industry leader. Tony graduated Marist College with a B.S degree in Business Administration. He is an active professional member in both the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Tony’s interests include spending time with his family and friends, golf, football and traveling.


Christie is the Human Resource Manager for CSI International, Inc. She is a Human Resource professional with over 20 years of experience working in the service, manufacturing and distribution industries. Christie graduated Penn State with a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations. She is an active, professional member of SHRM. Christie’s interests include spending time with her family, traveling, attending concerts, sporting events and enjoying life. Her favorite quote is Dr. Seuss’s “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. You are the guy who’ll decide where to go.”

Dan Brooke

Dan is the Executive Vice President of Administration for CSI International, Inc. He is a licensed Stationary Operating Engineer with 25 years of hospital engineering and facilities management experience prior to joining the CSI team in 2003. He has held the positions of Chief Engineer, Operations Manager, and Property Manager in health, telecommunications, and other commercial facilities. In 2011 Dan became Vice President of Mechanical Services for the CSI Residential Management division then moved into the role of Vice President of Residential Management Operations 2 years later.  A licensed Private Pilot, Dan enjoys the freedom of flying to relax in his spare time.

CSI provides responsive and reliable janitorial, building operations and maintenance, and facilities management services to corporate, commercial, and educational facilities.
