MIKE BARILE – VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Mike is a Northeast native with over 25 years of experience in Operations Management as a Facilities Outsource Provider. Mike joined CSI International, Inc. as a General Manager in 2013. Based out of the Newtown PA Office, he oversees the Operations Team with over 400 individual customer locations. Mike previously served in a Senior Director role for Pitney Bowes Management Services and oversaw all of the company’s operations in the NY & NJ Area. He has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate Team Members. Mike is both a problem solver and a developer of talent, and has great strengths in budgeting and financial management, developing business plans, and strategic planning.
LILIANS MOLLY HREVNAK – DIRECTOR OF QUALITY, SAFETY AND TRAINING
Molly brings over 20 years of experience to CSI in the janitorial services industry. She currently leads our Safety Committee with a focus on safety, training and quality assurance inspection and reporting. She has earned the “Certified Instructor” designation by the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) for the Custodial Technician Training Program – Advanced Levels. She is also certified as an ISSA CIMS and CIMS GB Expert and is pursuing her LEED AP certification. She holds a degree in Translation & Interpretation and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Business School – Rutgers University. An important aspect of her life is family with whom she spends many weekends on the softball fields in different parts of the country. In her spare time, Molly loves doing Zumba®, swimming at the beach, cooking and volunteering.
MARTY FEENEY, RPA – VICE PRESIDENT OF FACILITIES SERVICES
Marty is responsible for the overseeing the Facilities Services & Operations group providing the necessary technical support and supervision to the property staff that provide services for our clients. Marty brings over 15 years of experience in facilities and property management services, operations, development and implementation of operating budgets and supervising on-site property staff. He has had extensive experience in construction management including major tenant and building interior and exterior renovations. Marty received his RPA designation from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Marty’s interest are spending time with his family, sports, and competing in triathlons.
DON PETER – VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MECHANICAL OPERATIONS
Don has been in the service industry for over 25 years working in facilities management and operations & maintenance services. He is responsible for CSI’s mechanical operations business for both administrative and mission critical properties. Don has managed O&M services for single occupied corporate properties in excess of 2.5 million square feet and has also managed single integrated services contracts in excess of 16 million dollars annually. Don joined CSI in April of 1999 as the VP of Mechanical Operations. He holds several NJ mechanical licenses and is a Professional Member of IFMA and a BOMA member. His hobbies include, golf, fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
BURKE S. HAMMONDS - VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Burke Hammonds is the Vice President of Business Development for CSI International, Inc. and brings nearly 20 years of experience working with Property, Facility, Asset, and Construction Managers within the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania markets providing Best in Class service while maintaining the highest level of integrity. His responsibilities include fostering and developing new client opportunities, maintaining current customer relationships, and leading the Sales Team to the same cultural integrity. Hammonds is an active member in International Facility Managers Association (IFMA NJ & IFMA Westchester) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA NJ) where he was a past member of the Board of Directors.
J. EDGAR ESPINOSA - REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
J. Edgar brings over 16 years of management experience to CSI International, Inc. in the janitorial services industry. He joined CSI in 2002 as a Site Supervisor for a major pharmaceutical client in New Jersey. He has since been successful in several roles within the company. Currently, he is the Regional Director of Operations in the Midwest region where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of key accounts. J. Edgar brings years of hands-on experience and is consistently credited by clients for his proactive approach to business.
DAN HAMMOND - REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS, NEW ENGLAND
Dan is an accomplished leader who served in our Armed Forces for 20 years. His current responsibilities include developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Dan graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point with a degree in Engineering. He is an active professional in International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Dan’s interests include spending time with his family and friends, sports and travelling.
Michael A. Dorfman – Regional Director of Accounts
Michael Dorfman joined CSI International, Inc. as Regional Director of Accounts strategically focusing in on Manhattan, Hudson Valley and Connecticut. Michael has 30+ years of experience in business development and cultivating relationships in multiple vertical markets. Michael has spent the last 20 years creating solutions for Property Managers and Facilities Directors in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Michael enjoys networking and is active in several industry organizations like Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) and Westchester Business Executives (WBE).
ROBERT HILDRETH – Regional Director of Operations (MARYLAND,DC AND VIRGINIA)
Robert brings over 20 years of experience to CSI International, Inc. in Building Facilities Management. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations in Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, D.C. and Virginia. He has extensive expertise in a corporate setting, managing facility design and construction to meet budgetary requirements.
ELSIE RAMIREZ– REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (Mid-Atlantic Region)
Elsie brings nearly 25 years of experience within Pharmaceuticals, Commercial and Education facilities management. Prior to joining CSI International, Inc., she served as a Field Operations Manager where she oversaw all janitorial, facilities, engineering operations and related support staff. Elsie helped guide managers to produce overall growth and dramatically improve customer relations and satisfaction, understanding the need for building strong, long term client relationships, vendors and staff. She has proven expertise in operations management, sales, budget development, staffing, safety and cost control while consistently exceeding budgetary goals
ROBERT JAMES – SENIOR AREA MANAGER - (Midwest Region)
Rob was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience within the facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning industries. Rob joined CSI International, Inc. in 2018 as an Area Manager overseeing contracted labor for a major CSI International, Inc. client covering the state of Ohio. Most recently, Rob was asked to take on a new leadership role in the Greater Columbus area as Senior Area Manager. He and his wife now reside in Central Ohio. When Rob isn’t working, he spends his time completing projects in his new home.
TODD I. HAYDEN - REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTS
Todd Hayden joined CSI International, Inc. as the Regional Director of Accounts concentrating on the greater D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas. He has over 15 years of experience in business development and advertising across numerous industries including janitorial services, pharmaceuticals, and recruitment. He believes that the cultivation of strong relationships through integrity and dedication is the hallmark of success, both professionally and personally. Todd studied Engineering at the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in Economics and a Computer Information Systems Management minor. Todd’s prior experience as a personal trainer and participation in collegiate ice hockey and boxing is reflected in his current hobbies of fitness, healthy living, and spending time with family and friends.
